1、 Function description
Read all the contents of the specified XML format file and output it to the specified variable to set the character acquisition encoding method.
2、 Attribute description
●Output to variable: the variable to which the file contents are output.
●File path: the path of the file to be read.
●Character set encoding: select the encoding method for processing files, including GBK, UTF-8 and Unicode.
