1、 There is 360 software in the computer device:
Add the installation path of z-factory / z-bot to the trust zone in 360 security guard, then uninstall z-factory / z-bot in the control panel, reinstall z-factory / z-bot, and install it in the path just added to the trust zone
2、 Repeat opening and closing of factory and BOT:
Open the command prompt and enter: taskkill - F - im rpa-engine. exe Completely shut down the engine process and restart z-factory or bot
3、 Win7sp1 system updated to version 5.8.2 ~ 5.8.4:
Replace the ucrtbase.dll file. The file path reference is C: \ program files (x86) \ z-factory \ resources \ app. ASAR. Unpacked \ resources \ RPA engine \ rpa-engine-5.8.4.snapshot0823
