Basic operation

Basic operation is a common operation of software. Its interaction mode and results are consistent with those of industry software. It is also the most commonly used operation in z-factory editing. Of course, octopus IPA also follows up the characteristics of the software and users' usage habits, adding specific operations. The actions of the basic operation class include: return to flowchart, save, save as, undo, restore, and collapse.

 

Each operation is described below:

•Return to flowchart, click to return to the flowchart editing page to realize the multi node design of the overall business process and the switching of detailed automatic action editing of a specific process block.

After clicking, the system will judge whether to save the current content. If there are changes that have not been saved, a prompt will appear whether to save and then return. If it has been saved, you can directly return to the flowchart editing page.

 

•preservation, saving includes saving and saving as. When saving, save the current application without changing the file name and file path. Click Save to take effect immediately. Because saving is a more frequent operation, except for the automatic saving at the timing set by the system. Click Save to execute the save action. A prompt of successful saving will appear at the bottom of the editor.

 

•Save asTo save the project as a new file, click to open the dialog box, fill in the project name and storage path, and click OK to take effect.

When saving as, you need to set the project name and storage path. At least one of the storage path and project name needs to be modified and cannot be exactly the same as the current file.

 

•Undo / restore, click Cancel to cancel the last operation. If you find a cancellation error after cancellation, you can click restore to restore to the previous operation.

 

•foldIt is used to group and classify the edited contents of components. You can expand and collapse the groups. Its scope of application is to fold and expand components that are only visual views of flow process blocks.

The usage method is: first select multiple components to be folded, and then click the folding operation. This group of components will be classified and folded.
