Commissioning operation

In the process of process or component development, flexible debugging and operation can be carried out. Octopus IPA provides three common debugging and operation modes, including operation, debugging and stop. These three modes are introduced in detail below.

Whether clicking run or debugging, the specified range of automatic actions will be run, and the system will automatically minimize and hide the current editor window to ensure the normal operation of the application process. After the operation, the system will pop up a prompt box to show the operation results, success or failure. In case of any abnormality during operation, it will also timely remind and warn of the abnormality in the form of floating frame.

 

•function, refers to running all the contents of the current window.

If the current window is on the overall flowchart page, all process blocks linked from the start module in the flowchart will be run. Note that in a process block, if the process block is not directly or indirectly linked to a process block from the beginning, the process block will not run;

If the current window is on the detailed automation action editing page of the process block, run the automation component under the process block.

During operation, the operation button is set to gray and the quality improvement button is available. Click the stop button to stop the current operation.

 

 

•debugging, debugging is to execute the automation component within the specified range, which is only applicable to the process block detail editing page.

Hover over the debugging button, and a prompt description of the prompted operation will appear, that is, specify the starting point and end point of debugging. When selected, the automation components in this range can be executed. Debugging mode, which supports the debugging of visual component list and source code mode.

Before clicking debug, you need to select from the list of components or source code to specify the scope of debugging, that is, the starting point. After setting and then clicking the debug button, the system only allows components within the specified range.

During the operation, the debug button is put to ash and the stop button is available. Click the stop button to stop the current operation.

 

 

•stop it, the running process will be stopped.

This stop button is for items in the background. When such process applications are executing, the mouse and keyboard in the foreground will not be affected. Only then can the mouse be moved to click this button to stop the execution of process applications. When the operation ends, it will also stop automatically.

When the operation is stopped, the prompt of execution status will appear on the right small foot of the desktop.
