When entering the pick-up mode, you can move the mouse freely to identify elements. Try to stay for a while when identifying elements to give the program a reaction time. When entering the pick-up mode, you can see the floating window prompt displayed in the upper left corner or lower right corner, as shown in the figure;

Mouse position:Displays the computer desktop position where the current mouse is located, starting with the upper left corner (0, 0)
Pick method:Displays the current pickup method
ESC：Pressing the ESC key on the computer keyboard will automatically exit the pickup mode and return to the factory interface.
CTRL + Click:After finding the element you want to pick, press Ctrl, select the element and right-click to finish picking and enter the element preview interface.
F2 switching:Pressing the F2 key on the computer keyboard will switch the pickup mode. Some windows need to press FN + F2 to achieve the F2 key effect. You can try to switch the pickup mode in two ways.
Pick method:Smart, normal and floating windows. Smart picking is the default.

Recommended picking method:Intelligent pickup is very easy to use for software that does not support ordinary pickup mode, such as enterprise wechat, wangdiantong and Qianniu.

When:

1. When it is found that the intelligent pickup cannot pick up elements;

Solutions needed:

1. Determine whether the process of z-brain.exe exists through the task manager;

2. If the z-brain process does not exist, you need to find the z-brain directory under the z-factory installation directory, find the path: z-factory \ resources \ app. ASAR. Unpacked \ resources \ RPA engine \ RPA engine-5.8.8. Snapshot0923 \ resource \ z-brain, enter the z-brain directory, open the CMD command, enter the z-brain.exe - P 6440 command in the CMD and execute it.

3. If the CMD execution result does not display: application startup complete, click Install vcredist2015_ 2017_ 2019_ X64.exe installation VC + + 2015 (x64); After successful installation, you need to restart the computer.

4. Then enter the z-factory \ resources \ app. ASAR. Unpacked \ resources \ RPA engine \ rpa-engine-5.8.8. Snapshot0923 \ resource \ z-brain directory again and execute the command z-brain.exe - P 6440 through CMD.

5. If "application startup complete" appears, close CMD and start z-factory normally.
