Windows remote desktop plug in
Windows remote desktop plug-in is a program used to transmit the relevant information of remote desktop interface elements to RPA, so as to realize the connection control and operation automation of remote computer.
Attention (important)
1. The windows remote desktop. Exe program needs to be installed on the remote computer and started;
2. Only after the remote desktop is successfully connected can the local factory / bot be used to pick up or operate the interface elements on the remote computer desktop;
4. The prepared process needs to be run on the local machine or non remote machine. If you want to run the process on the remote computer, you need to install BOT on the remote computer, and modify the remote connection account, password, IP and other data;
5. At the same time, if you need to start the remote browser when running the process, you need to use the start new remote browser component when developing the process and enter the required website to run.
1、 Installation instructions
Step 1:On the remote computer, obtain the windows remote desktop installation package through the program download link, or contact the business manager of real service to obtain the package download address.
Step 2:After downloading, select & ldquo; Z-RPARemoteExtension.exe” Right click the program to install as an administrator. After entering the installation interface, click one click installation to start the installation program. By default, install chrome plug-in, Firefox plug-in and Java plug-in are checked. Do not remove such plug-in installation, so as to pick up Chrome browser, Firefox browser and Java elements later.

Step 3:After installation, you can click the start button to enter the main interface of the program to start the remote control program. At the same time, a shortcut will be created on the desktop. If the installation of chrome plug-in, Firefox plug-in or Java plug-in fails, the normal use of the remote extension program will not be affected. At the same time, you can view the reinstallation method in the plug-in settings on the main page of the program.
2、 Instructions for use
Step 1:When you need to pick remote desktop elements, you can use the connect remote desktop component in the factory to complete the remote desktop connection action. Then open the above installation program to start picking remote desktop elements and run to complete the remote desktop connection.
Step 2:After the connection is completed, click the windows remote desktop software installed on the remote desktop, and open it to enter the main interface of the program. When enabled here, you can pick up the interface elements of the remote computer.
Step 3:If you pick up the Chrome browser element, Firefox browser element or Java class element of the remote desktop, you need to ensure that there is a corresponding browser and the plug-in has been installed. You can click the plug-in setting on the main interface of windows remote desktop to check whether the plug-in has been installed. If it is not installed, you can click the Install button to install the plug-in. If there is a problem with the installation, you can also click the installation instructions to view the exception handling.
Step 4:After picking, you can close windows remote desktop. The remote pickup function is only turned off here, and the remote connection is not turned off.
