The task management function supports the user to schedule the robot execution process. The user can create, modify, execute, stop and delete tasks.

1、 View task status and information

In task management, you can directly view the status and main information of the task on the list page. 

2、 New task

Adding a task is divided into three steps: 1) selecting a process; 2) Select the execution method; 3) Assign robots.

Step 1: select application

● Task name:Required, can be entered by user, and cannot be duplicate with the existing task name;

 Select application:Required. You need to select which application and version to use. The disabled application version will not appear in the optional range. At the same time, it is controlled by Data permission. If you have all permissions, you can see all applications. If you have only Department permissions, you can only see the data of the department you belong to. If you have only personal permissions, you can only see the applications you create;

● Estimated labor time:The statistical basis of benefit analysis kanban. The data comes from the estimated labor time at the application version. If you want to modify it, please find the corresponding version under application management to modify it;

Step 2: execution method

The task supports three modes: immediate execution, scheduled execution and manual execution. The manually executed task needs to be clicked and executed at the robot end. The commander cannot control the task startup, and the other two modes will execute the task as set.

● Timed effectiveness: if it is set to the specified effective time, scheduled tasks will be executed only within the effective time. It is applicable to scenarios that need to be executed regularly for a certain period of time. If it is set as long-term effective, the task will always execute according to the law and never stop.

● Execution times per time: the number of repetitions each time a task is executed. For example, the task needs to be executed 10 times at 8 a.m. every day. You only need to fill in 10 times.

● Waiting timeout: when there are many tasks to be performed but the robot resources are limited, there will be a need to queue. When the wait timeout is turned on and destroyed, the queue exceeds the set time. After the execution of the wait timeout, it will be cleared automatically and continue to execute the tasks queued later to avoid task blockage caused by a large number of tasks waiting for a long time.

● Maximum queuing quantity: when there are many tasks to be performed but the robot resources are limited, there will be a need to queue. Once the number of pending records in this task queue reaches the set maximum, no new pending records will be generated

Step 3: allocation method

Task assignment robot is supported, and automatic assignment or manual assignment mode can be selected.

Tasks also support priority setting. There are more than 1-10 priority levels, and the order of execution is 1 - & gt; 2->…-> 10. When there are multiple tasks on a bot at the same time, you need to wait for all high priority tasks to complete before executing the medium priority tasks, and then the low priority tasks.

In the case of automatic assignment, the commander will arrange the task according to the currently online robot and the status of the robot. The task will be distributed to the most suitable robot for execution, and the priority of the task can be selected at the same time.

In the manual assignment mode, you can select one or more robots to perform the task. And it supports that the priority of the task execution is different on different robots.

3、 Task details

In the task details, you can view the task information and execution status. The task information includes application information, execution mode and related parameters, allocation mode, robot and priority, etc.

If the application used by the task is set to use global reference parameters, you can click the reference parameters button in the details to view and modify the reference parameters.

Click Run record to view the execution record information of each task. You can locate an execution record by user name, device name or status, and then view the specific execution log and screen.

Click the operation record details button to view the details and progress information of the operation record.

Click the record and play button to view the whole process of the whole task. It should be emphasized that the BOT robot does not turn on the screen recording switch, and there is no screen recording here; BOT has started screen recording, but report to commander is not checked. There is no screen recording here.

Click the log View button to view the log records of task operation. It should be emphasized that the BOT robot does not turn on the log switch, and there is no log record here; BOT has enabled the log, but report to commander is not checked. There is no log record here.

Click the parameter View button to view the reference parameters used in task operation. It should be emphasized that reference parameters are related to the application used by the task. If the application itself does not set reference parameters, there is no viewing of this data.

4、 Task control

Click a specific task to control the task. Currently, the supported control operations include: create a run, stop all runs, start timer and stop timer. Tasks with different trigger types and different states can perform different control operations.

5、 Task editing

After a task is created, it can be modified. Currently, it supports the modification of execution information and allocation information (except execution method and allocation method).

6、 Task deletion

Click execute in the operation column of the task list to execute the task. Tasks triggered manually do not support execution in the commander. You need to click execute on the bot. Click stop in the task list to stop the task. Click Delete to delete the task. Deleting is not supported for running tasks.
