Enterprise organizational structure is the most basic structural basis for enterprise process operation, department setting and function planning. In the actual use of RPA, it is considered that the applications and data viewed by personnel in different departments will be different, so the maintenance of organizational structure is indispensable.

The organization structure module can view, modify, add and delete departments, add employees to departments, enable / disable, remove and transfer data of employee accounts. The department structure supports multiple levels, that is, sub departments can be added under departments.

1、 New Department

Select the Department to add a sub department, and click & ldquo; on the right& rdquo;, More operations pop up. Select Add sub department to open a pop-up box. Enter the Department name and click OK.

  

2、 Modify Department

Select the Department to be modified and click & ldquo; on the right& rdquo;, More operations pop up. Select Rename. A pop-up box appears. Modify the name and click OK.

3、 Add people to Department

Click the new person button to create a new person under the Department. To add a new person, you need to fill in the person information, including name, department and mobile phone number.

● user name: required and unique;

● Name: optional;

● Department: default to the Department currently selected to add personnel; modifiable;

● position: optional;

● mobile phone: required and unique;

● password: required, and the setting of password shall meet the security requirements;

● role: select the corresponding role to be assigned. If it is not selected, no function will be seen after account login;

● extension number, office address, employment date and remarks: optional

● whether it is used for BOT permission: If yes, the account will occupy a bot permission, and the account can log in and use the BOT; It should be noted that once there are insufficient assignable bots, you will be prompted that the allocation fails when saving the account number;

● whether it is used for factory permission: If yes, the account will occupy a factory permission, and the account can log in and use the factory; It should be noted that once the assignable factory is insufficient, you will be prompted that the allocation fails when saving the account;

● account validity period: this account is within the validity period of the commander's account. Accounts that are not within the validity period will not be able to log in to the commander.

4、 Modify personnel information

Click a specific person's name to display the person's information on the right. After modification, click OK to successfully modify the person's information.

5、 Enable / disable personnel account

You can enable or disable the specified employee account. Once disabled, the employee account will not be able to log in to BOT robot, factory editor and commander intelligent hub. After disabling, the account can be restored to normal use through enabling.

6、 Personnel data handover

Select the specific person to be handed over and click handover. All the data to be handed over under the person's name will appear. Select the specific handover object below and click OK. The system will automatically hand over the corresponding data to the specified person's name.

7、 Personnel removal

Click Remove to remove a person. After removal, the person will no longer exist in the organizational structure. It should be noted that the data handover needs to be completed before personnel removal.
